This 50% deposit is for a whole-house cleanout.

For a nominal fee we will enter your home, pack and haul away unwanted items. Our prices start at $150 a room for no packing or $225 a room including packing. Items we do not usually take such as used mattresses and large appliances can be removed for reasonable additional costs. We do not haul away hazardous wastes (propane, paint, etc), food or open toiletry items.
